Run the family's case. Let the family decide.
For lawyers, notaries, estate planners, probate professionals, mediators and move managers. Invite the family, ask for the papers, follow the progress and receive a clean record. You stay neutral; every decision carries the family's names and dates.
Why it helps your practice
Families arrive with papers in drawers, photos on five phones and memories that disagree. You spend billable hours reconstructing who has what and who agreed. With Parcelato the family gathers it themselves, in one record, and you receive it in order.
How a case works
One case is one family record, organised by you.
Start a client case
Choose the situation (settling an estate, downsizing, planning ahead or a separation) and name the case.
Invite the family
Siblings, a surviving parent or both partners get an invitation from you, with your name and firm.
Request papers
Ask for the deed, the will, the last tax bill or the policy. The family sees them as to-dos; you see what is added or missing.
Follow and export
Watch progress on your dashboard and export a clean file: inventory, papers list and a change log of every decision.
Your role: organiser, never a party
Notaries and mediators need to stay neutral. Parcelato builds that in.
As organiser you can
- See the case, except papers a family member keeps private
- Invite and remove people
- Request and add papers, keep private notes
- Export the case file
- Close and archive the case
You never
- Choose who keeps a thing
- Ask for a thing for anyone
- Vote or agree to rules
- Change anyone's decision
Families always see the label "Case · organised by" with your name and profession, so a case is never confused with their own records.
The professional plan
You pay while a case is active. The family pays nothing during the case. All prices in US dollars.
Includes 3 active client cases.
- Case dashboard with progress per family
- Invitations with your name and firm
- Paper requests and private notes
- Case file export (PDF and originals)
- Neutral organiser role
When you close a case
The case becomes read-only. You keep it archived for your file, or delete it after exporting. Each family member then chooses:
Questions professionals ask
Do I decide anything for the family?
No. As organiser you can see everything, invite people, request papers, keep private notes and export the file. You never choose who keeps a thing, ask for one, vote or agree to rules. The family decides; you keep it in order.
Who pays?
You do, while a case is active: $49.99 a month includes 3 active cases, each extra active case is $19.99 a month and an archived case is $7.99 a month. The family pays nothing while the case is active. Early access is free for the first 10 professional practices, with 2 active cases each.
What happens to the family when I close a case?
It becomes read-only. Each family member can download the record for 90 days, keep it readable for $4.99 a month, or move to a Household plan to keep working on their own copy.
Is Parcelato legal advice?
No. Parcelato is a record of the house, its papers, its things and who decided what. The legal advice stays with you.
Can families already using Parcelato tell my case apart from their own records?
Yes. Every case carries a "Case · organised by" label with your name and profession, and cases are listed apart from the family's own records.
