The house is getting smaller. The things are not.
Forty years in one house. Six weeks to decide. Whether it is a smaller home, senior living or assisted living, a move like this can be a hard time — for the person moving and for the family. We are here to make it lighter. The person moving decides; the family sees. Nothing has to be said twice.
You will recognise it.
Forty years in one house. Six weeks to decide.
Every drawer is a conversation nobody has time for.
The family wants to help. The person moving wants to be asked.
Helping without taking over is harder than it sounds.
The sale prices are never written down.
Until the insurer asks. Or the sibling who wasn't there.
What you do
Start with the rooms that won't fit
Photograph, decide, move on. Keep · sell · donate · discard · appraise. Undecided is allowed.
Let the person moving tag what matters
A wish on an item — for Ana, for Luis — with a memory attached: where it came from, why it should stay in the family. Verified parents only, so nobody can add one later.
Move the record, not just the boxes
What sold and for how much becomes the best evidence for insurance and for later. The record carries on in the new home.
If something changes, this record becomes the settlement record in one tap — the sale prices and papers are already there. The cycle.
Condition first. Then keep, sell, donate or discard.
Each item gets a condition — Great, Good, Fair, Damaged — and that is what makes the decision easy. A parent can attach the memory that goes with it, in their own words. The memory travels with the thing, to whoever keeps it.

A wish only counts if it came from the real, verified owner.
Every owner, parent and heir verifies once: government ID plus a selfie match, through a licensed verification provider for your country. We never see or store the biometric — the provider does. Nobody can join as an email address, claim an item, or add a wish in someone else's name. The record shows roles, not names — each person chooses how the family sees them.
