Every stage. One record. Parcelato records who owns what, who owes what and who decided. It never holds money, never sells anything, and never gives legal advice.
Plan

Write it down while everyone is still here.

Parents build the record with their children: the house, the papers, the things that matter, and who should keep what — in their own words. When the day comes, the handoff is one tap.

It starts like this

You will recognise it.

Everyone thinks they know who gets the watch.

Mom told Ana one thing. Luis remembers another. Both are sure.

A wish said out loud leaves with the person who said it.

Written down, in their words, it stays.

The deed, the policy, the will — in three drawers and a lawyer's office.

Nobody knows which one is current.

What you do

1

Verify the parents

Government ID and a selfie match, done once, with a verification provider for your country. From then on, a wish from Mom or Dad is a wish nobody can forge.

2

Tag the things that matter, with the story

Not everything. The table, the watch, the paintings. Mom → Ana. Dad → Luis. Both → Marta. Each with a memory in the parent's own words: where it came from, why it matters.

3

Pair new things as you buy them

Bought online or in a shop: photograph the receipt and the item, Parcelato pairs them. Price, date and proof of ownership travel with the object from day one.

4

Keep the papers current

Deed, mortgage, tax, insurance. Parcelato flags renewals and what's missing, every year, calmly.

If something changes, this record becomes the settlement record in one tap. Wishes become the starting allocation. The cycle.

Every thing, decided

Condition first. Then keep, sell, donate or discard.

Each item gets a condition — Great, Good, Fair, Damaged — and that is what makes the decision easy. A parent can attach the memory that goes with it, in their own words. The memory travels with the thing, to whoever keeps it.

Verified people

A wish only counts if it came from a real, verified parent.

Every owner, parent and heir verifies once: government ID plus a selfie match, through a licensed verification provider for your country. We never see or store the biometric — the provider does. Nobody can join as an email address, claim an item, or add a wish in someone else's name. The record shows roles, not names — each person chooses how the family sees them.

Who this helps

Everyone who has to decide, and everyone who has to answer for it.

Parents 60+
have wishes that outlive the group chat. Tagged in their own words, locked by them.
Their children
never have to guess. The wish and the memory are on the thing.
Financial advisors
finally see the physical assets. Value ranges next to the papers.
Notaries and estate lawyers
draft from a record, not from a phone call.
The audit log

Every change has a name and a time. Nothing is edited quietly.

Written by the database, not by the app. Read-only for everyone, including us.
