Someone is gone. The house and everything in it remain.
Grieve first. The record keeps everything in order until you are ready — the deed and the policies, the rooms full of memories, the decisions between siblings.
You will recognise it.
Three months in, someone asks where the watch went.
And nobody can say. Not because anyone took it — because nobody wrote it down.
The house is full and the family is far.
Whoever lives closest does the work. And gets the blame.
Everyone remembers a different promise.
Mom told Ana one thing at Christmas. Luis heard another. Neither is on paper.
What you do
Find the papers
Photograph the deed, the mortgage statement, the tax bill, the policy, the will. Parcelato files each under the house and shows what's missing.
Capture the things
A photo and a title per item. The AI adds category, condition and a value range — never a fake exact number.
Place, vote, close
Parent's wishes first. Then claims. When two people want the same thing, the estate votes and the record keeps the result. Then the house: sell or keep, by share.
When it's done: the house is sold or kept, on the record with who agreed — and each heir takes what they kept to their own household in one tap. The cycle.
Condition first. Then keep, sell, donate or discard.
Each item gets a condition — Great, Good, Fair, Damaged — and that is what makes the decision easy. A parent can attach the memory that goes with it, in their own words. The memory travels with the thing, to whoever keeps it.

Every heir is a verified person. Every vote is theirs.
Every owner, parent and heir verifies once: government ID plus a selfie match, through a licensed verification provider for your country. We never see or store the biometric — the provider does. Nobody can join as an email address, claim an item, or add a wish in someone else's name. The record shows roles, not names — each person chooses how the family sees them.
